The MIB Executive provides a relevant training experience that allows participants to join the next wave of dynamic business leaders. It is a master programme that will train you to have the hard and soft skills needed to succeed in the global marketplace, and it is a highly intensive learning experience, involving extensive participation and interaction among all participants.

MIB challenges its students through rigorous coursework and practical work activities, training its students to place concept and theory into practical application.

It offers theory mixed with practice: a rigorous academic programme is coupled with practical work experiences that challenge you to put theory into practice.

Teaching methods include project work, seminars and business talks from guest speakers, and company visits. Along with theoretical training, an important part of the course is dedicated to practical activities, which students will take part in depending on their educational path (Fast Track, International Track or Master Level Track).

Set in diverse global contexts and in a global classroom, MIB students don’t merely think global, they simply become global.

Courses: The programme consists of two main phases. In the first phase, students will deal with economic and legal issues of internationalization, learning principal management techniques used in international companies (in particular SMEs) and key methodologies for research and consulting. During the second phase, students will implement research and consulting projects in collaboration with companies. 12 courses refer to five main educational areas. The teaching method of the programme is oriented towards professional relevance and consists of lectures, group work supervised by experienced business people and individual study. These components coexist within a training course closely linked to the business world.

In addition to the core courses, students are offered a series of Business Talks and Seminars designed to enhance their knowledge and international expertise in the various fields of study, thereby ensuring that management training is both relevant and practical.
